- If only your company account fails, your IT team may have changed single sign-on or access rules.
- For video calls, try joining by phone or from the browser instead of the desktop app.
- Try another device or network, for example mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
- Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) or open it in a private window.
- Flush your DNS cache, or switch your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
- Turn off your VPN, ad blocker or other browser extensions and try again.
